By creating an account or using any feature of this platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

1. About C3 Credit 2 Millz

C3 Credit 2 Millz is a credit education and dispute tools platform operated by Warren J Estates LLC, doing business as C3 Credit 2 Millz ("C3," "we," "us," "our"). 2. Eligibility

  • You must provide accurate and truthful information

C3 Credit 2 Millz provides immediate access to all platform tools, templates, and educational resources upon subscription activation. The full service is delivered at the time of payment. No services are withheld pending future performance.

4. User Responsibilities

By using C3 Credit 2 Millz, you agree that:

  • All information you provide is accurate, truthful, and belongs to you
  • All dispute letters generated through the platform are based on your own personal credit information
  • You are disputing items you genuinely believe to be inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable
  • You will not use the platform to dispute accurate information or to commit fraud
  • You will not reverse engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the platform
  • You will not share your account credentials with any other person
  • You are solely responsible for any dispute letters you send and their outcomes

5. No Guarantee of Results

C3 Credit 2 Millz does not guarantee any specific result, including but not limited to: deletion of negative items, improvement of credit scores, approval for loans or credit cards, or any financial outcome. Results vary based on individual credit situations, bureau responses, and furnisher cooperation. Past results shown in community case studies are not guarantees of future outcomes.

6. Not a Law Firm β€” Not Legal Advice

C3 Credit 2 Millz is not a law firm. Nothing on this platform constitutes legal advice. The legal information provided β€” including references to FCRA, FDCPA, SCRA, CFPB regulations, and case law β€” is for educational purposes only. For legal advice specific to your situation, consult a licensed attorney.

7. Subscription Billing and Cancellation

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected
  • You may cancel at any time β€” cancellation takes effect at end of current billing period
  • No refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law
  • Annual subscriptions cancelled within 3 days of initial purchase may receive a full refund
  • Billing is processed securely through Stripe

8. Intellectual Property

All content on C3 Credit 2 Millz β€” including the platform design, C3 Intelligence system, dispute routing framework, deletion priority protocol, educational content, logos, and branding β€” is the exclusive property of Warren J Estates LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of this platform without express written permission.

Trademarks: C3 Credit 2 Millzβ„’, Fix Β· Build Β· Fundβ„’ are trademarks of Warren J Estates LLC. Trademark applications pending under Class 36 and Class 42.

Personal-use license; no resale. Letters and documents generated for you are licensed for your own personal credit use only. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, republish, or share the generated letters, templates, or any derivative of them with or to any other person or business. Violation terminates your license and may result in account termination.

9. Privacy

Your use of this platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We comply with GLBA 15 U.S.C. Β§Β§ 6801-6802 regarding the protection of your nonpublic personal financial information.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Warren J Estates LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this platform. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California, or through binding arbitration at our election.

  • Analyze credit reports you upload for potential Metro 2 violations

❌ What C3 Cannot Do

  • Guarantee removal of any item from your credit report
  • Guarantee improvement of your credit score
  • Remove accurate, verified negative information from your credit report
  • Provide legal advice or represent you in legal proceedings
  • Contact credit bureaus or furnishers on your behalf
  • Make promises about specific outcomes

Prohibited Practices

Under the Credit Repair Organizations Act, C3 Credit 2 Millz is prohibited from:

  • Making false or misleading statements about our services
  • Charging fees before services are fully performed
  • Advising you to make false statements to credit bureaus
  • Advising you to change your identity to create a new credit file
  • Removing your right to cancel within 3 business days

Your Right to Sue

If C3 Credit 2 Millz violates the Credit Repair Organizations Act, you may sue for actual damages, punitive damages up to $5,000 per violation, attorney fees and costs, and any other relief the court deems appropriate.

C3 Credit 2 Millz collects only the information needed to help you dispute items on your credit report. We protect your nonpublic personal financial information under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA). We do not sell your data.

1. Information We Collect

To provide the platform, we collect and process the following categories of information:

  • Credit report data you upload: account information, balances, dates, payment history, hard inquiries, and personal identifiers contained within the PDF you provide.
  • Dispute correspondence data: the contents of dispute letters generated from your reports, including your name, mailing address, and account references.
  • Anonymous browser identifier: a randomly generated UUID stored in your browser's localStorage (c3UserId) used to associate your reports and disputes across visits. This is not tied to your real-world identity.
  • Mailing records: when you elect to send a letter via certified mail, we store the tracking record, destination bureau, and mail status for 90 days.
  • Acknowledgment records: when you acknowledge required CROA and cancellation disclosures, we store the acknowledgment timestamp in your browser.

We do not collect government-issued IDs, full Social Security numbers, or login credentials. Your last-4 SSN, credit-account numbers, and street address are not stored on our servers β€” they stay on your device and are merged into your letters only when you view, print, or mail them. Last-4 SSN entered for e-signature is used only for the dispute correspondence itself and is not stored separately.

2. How We Store Your Information

  • In your browser: parsed reports, generated letters, and your anonymous UUID are stored in browser localStorage on the device you used to upload. Clearing your browser data removes these.
  • On our servers: dispute drafts and mailing records are stored in Upstash Redis with a 90-day time-to-live, without your SSN, credit-account numbers, or street address (those remain on your device and are merged into letters client-side). After 90 days, the records are automatically and permanently deleted.
  • Encryption in transit: all data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS.

3. Third-Party Processors

We share information with the following processors only to the extent required to deliver the service. Each is bound by their own privacy and security obligations.

4. GLBA Compliance β€” Nonpublic Personal Information

Under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (15 U.S.C. Β§Β§ 6801-6802), we treat the financial information you provide as nonpublic personal information ("NPI"). We:

  • Limit access to NPI to processors who need it to deliver the service
  • Maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards consistent with GLBA
  • Do not disclose NPI to nonaffiliated third parties for marketing

5. Your Privacy Rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal information:

  • Access: request a copy of the data we have associated with your browser UUID
  • Correction: request correction of inaccurate information
  • Deletion: request immediate deletion of your server-side records before the 90-day TTL
  • Portability: request your data in a machine-readable format
  • Opt-out: clear browser localStorage to remove your anonymous UUID at any time

California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect and the right to deletion. We honor verifiable consumer requests within 45 days.

To exercise any of these rights, email contact@c3credit2millz.com with your browser UUID (visible in your account settings) and a description of your request.

6. Cookies and Tracking

C3 Credit 2 Millz does not use third-party advertising cookies or behavioral tracking. We use only first-party browser localStorage to store your anonymous UUID, parsed reports, and legal acknowledgments. We do not run third-party analytics, advertising pixels, or social media trackers on this application.

7. Data Retention

  • Active records: server-side dispute and mailing records are retained for 90 days from creation
  • After cancellation: your data is purged within 90 days of subscription cancellation
  • Browser data: remains on your device until you clear it
  • Legal hold: we may retain data longer if required by court order, subpoena, or applicable law

8. Children's Privacy

C3 Credit 2 Millz is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe we have collected information from a minor, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the effective date above and, where appropriate, by displaying a notice on the platform. Your continued use of the platform after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
