Your credit-report PDF is stored on your device (in IndexedDB), not in our database. Your SSN, account numbers, and address are not stored on C3's servers — they stay on your device and are added to your letters only when you view, print, or mail them. C3 keeps your letter drafts and dispute progress (without those sensitive fields) so you can return to them. Letter contents are sent to the C3 analysis engine when you analyze or generate, and to the mail provider when you mail — and are not stored or logged by C3. Clearing your browser data removes the local copy.
